Fixture Design: Semi-Automated, Precise, and Modular
Our test fixtures are designed using semi-automated workflows developed and refined over the last two decades. The process begins with a deep netlist analysis of the Unit Under Test (UUT) and proceeds through:
1. Automated floorplanning of the fixture,
2. Automatic generation of schematic diagrams for the test interface.

BSPIO Modules: The Heart of Our Test Fixtures
Each BSPIO module is capable of interfacing with a wide range of electrical standards:
-From single-ended digital I/O as low as 1.5V,
-To rugged discrete signals such as open/close at 28V — common in aerospace and industrial environments.
Every BSPIO module includes built-in self-test logic, allowing independent fixture validation before or during testing operations.

Two Fixture Architectures to Suit Any Workflow
We offer two base fixture architectures, depending on your integration needs:
🟩 Stand-Alone Fixtures
These are fully active and autonomous, equipped with integrated BSPIO modules and capable of operating independently from the central test station.
🟪 Passive Fixtures with Virginia Panel Interface
Designed for high-volume or multi-board test systems, these fixtures use a centralized BSPIO logic, housed in the main test station, to manage signal routing and diagnostics through a Virginia Panel interface.
